Getting Started
How do I create an account? expand_more
Click "Join Free" in the navigation. Choose your type (Student, Staff, or Alumni) and fill in the registration form. You will be automatically logged in after registering.
Who can register? expand_more
Students, staff, and alumni of Federal College of Education, Obudu are eligible for free accounts.
How do I complete my profile? expand_more
After registration, click your avatar in the top-right and select "Edit Profile". Fill in your bio, upload a photo, and add your academic information.
Institutional Email
How do I apply for an @fceobudu.edu.ng email? expand_more
Go to your profile, then click "Apply for Institutional Email". Current students and staff are eligible. Your application will be reviewed by the admin.
How long does the approval take? expand_more
Applications are reviewed by college administrators and typically processed within 1–3 business days.
Can alumni apply for institutional email? expand_more
Currently, institutional email is available only to current students and staff.
Business Pages
How do I create a business page? expand_more
Visit the Marketplace section and click "Create Business Page". Fees vary by account type: Students ₦500/month (₦5,000/year), Staff & Alumni ₦1,000/month (₦10,000/year), Friends ₦2,000/month (₦20,000/year). Yearly plans give you 2 months free.
How many products can I list? expand_more
Business pages support unlimited product and service listings.
What are ad slots? expand_more
Ad slots let you promote your business across other pages of the website. Each business page comes with a limited number of ad slots.
Payments
What payment methods are accepted? expand_more
We accept all Nigerian bank cards, bank transfers, and USSD payments through Paystack.
Is my card information stored? expand_more
No. All card processing is handled by Paystack. We never see or store your card details.
Can I get a refund? expand_more
Subscription payments are non-refundable as per our terms of service.
